On all platforms — iOS, macOS and Android — the app uses AsmoLink, the protocol most resistant to blocking. There is nothing to configure: the app picks the best server automatically.

When you install the app, an account is created automatically — no registration needed. You can later link Google or Apple for cross-device access.

Link your Google or Apple account in the app settings, then sign in on the website with the same account. Or link by code: in the app open Settings → Get code, then in your personal account at my.asmo360.com choose Account linking → Enter code. If you are already using the ASMO360 mobile app, you have an automatic registration. To log into your personal account or authorize on the website, get a login code from the app (Settings → Account) and enter it in the authorization field on the login page. The code has a limited validity period.

Pre-paid VPN subscriptions you can buy as a gift. Purchase at asmo360.com/gift, send by email, and the recipient activates it by entering the certificate code in the ASMO360 app.

Install the ASMO360 app, tap "I have a code" on the first screen and enter the certificate code (ASMO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). The subscription is activated on your account right away.

Yes, each certificate has an activation deadline shown on the card. If not activated in time, the certificate expires.

Check your internet connection and restart the app. If a server has problems, the app automatically switches to another available server. If the issue persists, ask in our Telegram community (telegram.me/asmo360chat) or email support@asmo.am.

Use the built-in speed test to check your connection. The app automatically connects to the fastest available server; Premium subscribers can also choose the location manually. Premium plans offer higher speed and priority access.

On Premium — yes: in the app settings → VPN Location you can pick any available location. On the free plan the location is chosen automatically. By default, automatic selection with the best speed is enabled. In some countries, servers that are unavailable there are hidden from the list.

Automatic server selection is available on the free tier. Choosing a specific country is available for Premium subscribers.

Yes. The closer the server is to you, the higher the speed. For maximum speed, use automatic selection.
