These terms govern the use of all ASMO services. By accessing ASMO360 dashboards, eSIM profiles, VPN tunnels, or related applications you agree to the obligations and policies below.
1. Agreement to Terms
Accessing ASMO services confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
- ASMO eSIM: digital connectivity for international travel with no roaming fees.
- ASMO VPN: encrypted internet access that protects privacy and bypasses restrictions.
- ASMO360 Software: web tools, widgets, plugins, analytics, and supporting applications.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, current information during registration and use.
- Use all products strictly for lawful purposes and respect local regulations.
- Verify that VPN/eSIM usage is permitted in every jurisdiction where you operate.
- Avoid hacking, reverse engineering, security bypass, or unauthorised access to ASMO systems.
- Keep account credentials confidential and notify ASMO of suspected compromise.
4. Payments
All purchases are prepaid via secure gateways. Orders are delivered after payment confirmation. Prices and taxes may differ by region. Refunds follow the published ASMO Refund Policy only.
5. eSIM Usage
- Activation codes arrive by email within 24 hours of purchase.
- Confirm device compatibility before ordering; activation triggers data validity.
- Unused data expires at the end of the purchased term and cannot be transferred.
6. VPN Usage
- Use ASMO VPN only for lawful, compliant activity.
- You are responsible for all actions performed while connected to ASMO VPN.
- ASMO may restrict or disable access if abuse, violations, or legal risks are detected.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and branding remain protected intellectual property of ASMO LLC. Do not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted performance. ASMO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
9. Termination
ASMO may suspend or terminate access without notice if these terms are breached, unlawful activity is suspected, or legal obligations require intervention.
10. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved exclusively by the courts of Yerevan. International users must obey the laws of their jurisdiction when using ASMO services.
