    Refund Policy

    1. Scope & General Terms

    ASMO provides instant-access digital services. Once an eSIM profile or VPN credential is issued, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded. Please confirm device compatibility, coverage and pricing before checkout.

    2. eSIM Purchases

    eSIM QR codes are generated per order and become non-refundable immediately.

    Refunds are not available for:

    • Devices that do not support eSIM or remain SIM-locked.
    • Limited or unavailable network coverage in the destination country.
    • User-side configuration, roaming or software issues.
    • Incorrect region, data allowance or duration selection.

    Checklist before purchase: confirm device support, review carrier coverage maps, and validate the plan matches your itinerary.

    3. ASMO360 VPN Subscriptions

    A free trial allows you to test performance. After upgrading to a paid plan, payments are final. You may cancel anytime; service stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancel at least seven days before renewal to avoid automatic charges.

    4. Combined ASMO360 Plan (eSIM + VPN)

    Activating either the eSIM or VPN component finalises the order. You can stop future renewals from your dashboard. Benefits continue until the paid period ends. Plan changes do not trigger refunds of processed payments.

    5. Assistance & Case Review

    Although refunds are not possible after delivery, the support team can resend unused QR codes, help with device configuration, recommend alternate VPN servers or review edge cases individually. Contact us with as much detail as possible so we can respond quickly.
