No-Log Policy
Last updated: March 2026
ASMO360 VPN follows a strict minimal data retention policy. We believe privacy is a right, not a privilege.
What We Do NOT Store
- User IP addresses — used temporarily to determine country/city, then automatically deleted within 48 hours
- DNS queries — our DNS server does not log queries. Additionally, all DNS requests are encrypted via DNS-over-TLS
- Browsing history — we do not know which websites you visit
- Traffic content — all traffic is encrypted, we technically cannot view it
- Connection logs — our VPN servers do not keep connection logs
What We Store
- Account email — for authentication and communication
- Subscription data — plan type, period, payment status
- Registration country and city — without IP address, only a geographic label
- Aggregated traffic statistics — daily volume totals for free plan management (not linked to visited websites)
- Aggregated server statistics — protocol availability and response times (not linked to specific users)
How It Works Technically
Automatic Data Cleanup
A daily automated process deletes:
- All IP addresses older than 48 hours (after geolocation lookup)
- Detailed connection records older than 30 days
DNS Queries
Our own DNS server serves VPN clients with query logging disabled. Additionally, iOS and Android apps use DNS-over-TLS via AdGuard DNS, Cloudflare, and Google DNS — your DNS queries are encrypted and inaccessible even to us.
VPN Servers
Connection logging is disabled on VPN servers. System logs are set to minimal level and automatically deleted within 7 days.
Jurisdiction
ASMO360 is registered in the Republic of Armenia. Armenia is not a member of any surveillance alliances (5/9/14 Eyes) and has no legal requirements for mandatory data retention by VPN providers.
