1. Definitions

• Product / Service: ASMO software or hybrid solutions that provide network access, VPN tunnels, eSIM traffic, or related features.
• License: Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use without transfer of ownership.
• Traffic / Access: Temporary rights to ASMO resources such as IP pools, routes, and servers.
• eSIM Profile: Digital profile enabling mobile connectivity through partner operators.
• VPN Channel: Encrypted connection delivered over ASMO360 infrastructure.
• User: Any individual or organisation that purchases, activates, or uses ASMO services.

2. License Grant & Scope

ASMO grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal or business use according to the purchased plan. The user receives access—not ownership—to eSIM profiles, VPN servers, IP routes, applications, APIs, and control panels. All resources remain ASMO LLC property and may be modified or revoked if these terms are breached.

3. Restrictions

Users must not:

• Sell, lease, sublicense, transfer, or share ASMO access without written consent.
• Interfere with ASMO servers, routing, or security mechanisms.
• Use eSIM or VPN services for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, cyberattacks, spam, or rights violations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify ASMO software.
• Leverage ASMO infrastructure to build competing solutions.

Breaches may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Ownership & Network Resources

• All servers, channels, IP pools, eSIM profiles, activation codes, dashboards, and software remain ASMO property.
• Users receive limited access only—no administrative or operational control.
• Routes, data, and configurations are temporary and non-transferable.

5. VPN & eSIM Conditions

5.1 VPN

Use the VPN service only for lawful purposes. ASMO is not liable for transmitted content but may restrict access when abuse or legal violations occur.

5.2 eSIM

Connectivity is delivered via partner operators. Coverage is not guaranteed in every region and unused or partially used data is non-refundable. Users are responsible for installing and activating profiles on compatible devices.

6. Liability & Warranties

• ASMO provides access "as is" without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation everywhere.
• Users must comply with telecom, privacy, and VPN regulations in their jurisdiction.
• ASMO is not responsible for blocks imposed by ISPs, authorities, or third parties.
• Accounts involved in misuse may be suspended or disabled.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• All ASMO360, VPN, and eSIM plans are prepaid and non-refundable.
• Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
• Plans may renew automatically unless disabled by the user.
• Access rights end when the subscription expires.

8. Privacy & Security

ASMO processes user data under its Privacy Policy and does not log VPN traffic beyond what is required for technical support or legal compliance.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia. International use must respect applicable frameworks such as the Berne Convention, TRIPS, and export control rules.

10. Final Provisions

• ASMO may update this agreement by publishing a new version online.
• Continued service usage signifies acceptance of updated terms.
• If any clause is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
