شروط الخدمة

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدام جميع خدمات ASMO. بالوصول إلى منصات ASMO360 وملفات eSIM وأنفاق VPN فإنك توافق على الالتزامات والسياسات أدناه.
1. الموافقة على الشروط
يؤكد الوصول إلى خدمات ASMO أنك قرأت وفهمت وقبلت شروط الخدمة هذه.
2. الخدمات المقدمة
- ASMO eSIM: digital connectivity for international travel with no roaming fees.
- ASMO360: encrypted internet access that protects privacy and bypasses restrictions.
- ASMO360 Software: web tools, widgets, plugins, analytics, and supporting applications.
3. التزامات المستخدم
- Provide accurate, current information during registration and use.
- Use all products strictly for lawful purposes and respect local regulations.
- Verify that VPN/eSIM usage is permitted in every jurisdiction where you operate.
- Avoid hacking, reverse engineering, security bypass, or unauthorised access to ASMO systems.
- Keep account credentials confidential and notify ASMO of suspected compromise.
4. المدفوعات
جميع المشتريات مدفوعة مسبقًا عبر بوابات آمنة. يتم التسليم بعد تأكيد الدفع. تخضع المبالغ المستردة لسياسة الاسترداد المنشورة لـ ASMO فقط.
5. استخدام eSIM
- Activation codes arrive by email within 24 hours of purchase.
- Confirm device compatibility before ordering; activation triggers data validity.
- Unused data expires at the end of the purchased term and cannot be transferred.
6. استخدام VPN
- Use ASMO360 only for lawful, compliant activity.
- You are responsible for all actions performed while connected to ASMO360.
- ASMO may restrict or disable access if abuse, violations, or legal risks are detected.
7. الملكية الفكرية
جميع البرامج والمحتوى والعلامات التجارية هي ملكية فكرية محمية لـ ASMO LLC. لا تنسخ أو توزع أو تعدل دون موافقة خطية.
8. تحديد المسؤولية
تُقدم الخدمات كما هي دون ضمانات. تقتصر مسؤولية ASMO على المبلغ المدفوع للخدمة المتأثرة.
9. الإنهاء
يجوز لـ ASMO تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه دون إشعار في حالة انتهاك هذه الشروط.
10. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية أرمينيا. تُحسم النزاعات حصريًا أمام محاكم يريفان.
