ASMO LLC operates the ASMO360 VPN service. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
1. Scope
This policy covers the ASMO360 applications for iOS, macOS and Android, the asmo360.com website, and the user account linked to them. By using the service you accept this policy. If you do not accept it, stop using the service.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account data
- Email address and name, if you sign in with an Apple or Google account
- Subscription status and payment history
- Payment identifiers received from the payment provider. Full card numbers never reach us and are not stored.
2.2 Device data
- A device identifier generated on the device, used to link the device to the account
- Device model and name, shown in the device list in your account
- Operating system version and application version
2.3 Connection metadata
- The server location you select. It does not indicate your physical location.
- Connection start and end time and session duration
- Volume of traffic transferred, used to apply the limits of your plan
This data is needed to operate the service, apply plan limits, and plan infrastructure capacity.
2.4 Website data
- IP address and browser type for visits to the website
- Aggregated usage statistics
- Cookies needed for the site to function
3. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, log or store:
- the websites, services and applications you reach through the VPN
- the content of your traffic
- your DNS queries
- your browsing history
We cannot link specific network activity to a specific user, because we do not record that activity. This applies to every plan, including the free one.
4. Why We Use Data
- to provide the VPN service and maintain your account
- to apply the limits of your plan
- to process payments and subscriptions
- to answer support requests
- to detect fraud and abuse of the service
- to meet legal obligations
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- payment providers, to carry out a transaction
- Apple and Google, when a purchase is made through their stores
- infrastructure providers that host our servers
- state authorities, where a lawful request applies under the law of the Republic of Armenia
Each provider is bound by a data protection agreement and may use the data only for the stated purpose.
6. Security
- traffic between the application and our servers is encrypted
- access to stored data is restricted to a limited number of employees
- card data is processed by certified payment providers, not by us
- we store only the data needed to operate the service
7. Your Rights
You may:
- request a copy of your data
- request correction of inaccurate data
- delete your account together with the associated data
- object to processing or withdraw your consent
You can delete your account in the application settings. For any other request write to admin@asmo360.com.
8. Retention
- account data is kept while the account exists and is deleted when you delete it
- connection metadata is kept for no longer than 30 days
- payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires
9. Children
The service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about them. If such data reaches us, it is deleted.
10. International Transfers
Our servers are located in several countries, so data may be processed outside Armenia. In every case we apply a comparable level of protection.
11. Cookies
The website uses cookies needed for it to work and for anonymous statistics. You can disable them in your browser; some functions of the site may then stop working.
12. Changes
We may amend this policy. The current version is always available in the application and on the website. We announce material changes in the application or by email.
