License Agreement

This agreement governs the use of the ASMO360 applications and access to the ASMO360 VPN infrastructure. It is made between ASMO LLC, Republic of Armenia, and the user.

1. Definitions

• Application — ASMO360 software for iOS, macOS and Android.
• Service — access to the ASMO360 VPN infrastructure: servers, addresses and routes.
• Licence — the right to use, without transfer of ownership.
• Account — the user record holding the subscription and the list of devices.

2. Licence Granted

ASMO LLC grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Application on devices belonging to the user, for personal purposes or for the internal needs of an organisation, within the limits of the selected plan.

The Application itself is provided free of charge. Payment, where applicable, is for access to the Service, not for the Application.

3. Restrictions

The user may not:

• resell, lease, sublicense or share access to the Service
• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Application, except where the law expressly allows it
• interfere with the operation of servers, routing or protection systems
• use the infrastructure to build a competing service
• bypass the limits of the plan

A breach may lead to termination of the licence without a refund.

4. Ownership

The Application, servers, addresses, routes, configurations and brand remain the property of ASMO LLC. The user receives access only and does not obtain administrative control. The resources granted are temporary and non-transferable.

5. Updates

We may release updates to the Application and change the set of servers and features. Some changes may require installing a newer version.

6. Subscriptions

Access to the Service depends on an active plan. Payment, renewal and refund conditions are set out in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

7. Warranties

The Application is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will operate on every device or in every network, or that it will operate without interruption. We are not liable for blocking imposed by internet providers or state authorities.

8. Personal Data

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not log user network activity.

9. Third-Party Components

The Application includes open-source components used under their own licences. Those licences apply to the components concerned.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Yerevan.

11. Final Provisions

We may publish a new version of this agreement. Continued use of the Application means acceptance of it. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
